• Jiufeng handles issues arising from manufacturing defects in cabinet bodies, sales door panels, and structural hardware.
• If a product is discontinued, Jiufeng will replace it with an equivalent product.
• If covered by the warranty, Jiufeng will either repair your product or replace it with an equivalent item, based on the situation.

• The warranty start date is the date specified on the completion acceptance report.
• The warranty period for system panels is 5 years.
• The warranty period for hardware components is 1 year.

1. Issues arising from non-Jiufeng design or construction defects (e.g., failure to leave expansion joints or damage caused by incorrect use of hardware) are not covered.
2. Damage caused by improper usage, maintenance errors, or external forces is not covered.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure is not covered.
4. Damage caused by environmental or unknown external factors (e.g., insect infestations) is not covered.
5. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. The warranty does not apply if the product is used in public or commercial spaces.
7. The warranty becomes void if the product is installed, disassembled, relocated, or modified by anyone other than Jiufeng personnel.

If the warranty conditions are met, Jiufeng will determine whether to repair your product or replace it with an equivalent item based on the situation.
