Q01 Warranty coverage?
- Jiufeng handles issues arising from manufacturing defects in cabinet bodies, sales door panels, and structural hardware.
- If a product is discontinued, Jiufeng will replace it with an equivalent product.
- If covered by the warranty, Jiufeng will either repair your product or replace it with an equivalent item, based on the situation.
Q02 Warranty period?
- The warranty start date is the date specified on the completion acceptance report.
- The warranty period for system panels is 5 years.
- The warranty period for hardware components is 1 year.
Q03 What situations are not covered by the warranty?
- Issues arising from non-Jiufeng design or construction defects (e.g., failure to leave expansion joints or damage caused by incorrect use of hardware) are not covered.
- Damage caused by improper usage, maintenance errors, or external forces is not covered.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure is not covered.
- Damage caused by environmental or unknown external factors (e.g., insect infestations) is not covered.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered.
- The warranty does not apply if the product is used in public or commercial spaces.
- The warranty becomes void if the product is installed, disassembled, relocated, or modified by anyone other than Jiufeng personnel.
Q04 After-sales service?
If the warranty conditions are met, Jiufeng will determine whether to repair your product or replace it with an equivalent item based on the situation.
